A pleasant 2 day stay at this property. Centrally located.

Good location... about 20 minutes from Fanateer beach and 5 minutes from Jubail city center. Not crowded. Plenty of free parking on site. Efficient and quick check-in and check-out.

Room was a bit too small for the price charged. In-room dining is expensive.

On the whole, it was a great experience with a wonderful scenery!

-Quiet environment with very sensitive members of staff. -Check-in and check-out procedures were spectacular and very swift. -Good signage for both locals and visitors. Bravo!

My room was very noisy that I couldn't sleep all night. It is located on the highway that is crowded with trucks transporting things from the port, with poor sound insulation.

The bed was comfortable

The cleaning and room service are bad. We came to find half empty shampoo bottle and we stayed there for 3 days and they have supplied us more which made me wonder the changed anything from the last visitor. The room service was bad because they took too long to bring the food and they have brought the wrong dishes many times( none was good to be honest). Th bed was comfortable though

Good hotel, but low value for money

-The rooms are nice and quiet

This is the second time I have been to this hotel. The first time, everything felt new and clean. But this time, it is less than expected. - Slow Internet - Low water pressure in sink, took 2 days to fix. -The door stopped locking suddenly, it took more than 24 hrs to fix.

Ok to choose for a So-So Stay !

The location is close to the industrial area where I had meetings to attend. So I picked this as stay place, as did before.

1) The room split AC has been fixed at the wrongly place - to face the air blow directly on the face/ ears while in bed was not comfortable to me ; 2) The TVs do not have USB socket to connect / not reachable to connect.. I could not relax watching only unknown Arabic content. 3) The check-in was late by 12 Hours on the First day/night. But stay request after the standard check-out time to compensate those 12 hours, was NOT acceptable to the hotel.

I liked how coaperative the staff is

I didn’t like that The choice of a two-bed room was not available in booking even though the hotel has them. I didn’t like that even though the staff gave us a two-bed room, the beds had no space between them, and there was no space to move them! It was very awkward.

Awesome trip

The room was very clean and well furnished. The staff were very kind and helpful. The restaurant offers variety of different delicious dishes.

The property is located a little bit far from the town center where most of the attractions are located. There were no attractions nearby the hotel. The swimming pool is so small. The price is a little bit high considering the poor location.
